Are your doll products suitable for all ages?
Our products are designed primarily for children ages 3+, with some items (like detailed dollhouses or styling heads) being perfect for older children up to 12 years. Each product listing includes specific age recommendations. We prioritize safety in all our designs.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your dolls to you as soon as possible! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We deliver doll-filled dreams worldwide with just a few exceptions. Currently, we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas due to logistical constraints. We’re constantly working to expand our delivery network!
What are my shipping options?
We offer two magical delivery options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Faster delivery via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
All orders take 1-2 business days to process at our San Antonio workshop before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

What is your return policy?
If your item doesn’t spark joy (though we’re confident it will!), you may return it within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
