We offer two enchanted delivery methods:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Shipping Areas
We ship our doll treasures worldwide, except to some remote areas and parts of Asia where our fairy dust doesn’t reach.
🎀 Our Doll Return Promise
At Little Doll World Shop, we want every doll adventure to be perfect! If your precious purchase didn’t meet your expectations, our Returns & Exchanges policy ensures a magical resolution.
🧸 Who Can Return Items?
Our return policy applies to all our doll-loving customers worldwide (except some remote areas). You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Doll Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Styling Heads (hair products) or any opened doll accessories that affect product safety. All other doll treasures are returnable if in original condition!

- Unused and in original packaging (doll clothing must have all tags attached)
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 15 days of delivery

- Package Your Doll Carefully: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

USA - Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
💰 Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days after processing
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs procedures.
🎁 Exchanges
Want a different doll dress or furniture piece? We happily exchange items for the same product in a different style/size if available. Follow the return process above and specify “EXCHANGE” in your email.
